Shipping and Return Policy:

All deliveries are made within 7 working days.  As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email and tracking number from us to confirm that your package is on its way.  If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.  

We will shipping to oversea and provide free shipping to areas for Hong Kong area. If delivery location is out of these free shipping areas, the full shipping fees need to be charged. Customer must contact us prior to purchase for an accurate rate quote.

Domestic (Hong Kong) Shipping Policy:

  • Package is shipped via our appointed courier, all items will be shipped and tracking ID will be provided within 7 days from the date of payment.
  • Shipping and delivery times are based on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Holidays. 
  • Customer could either choose to ship by post or pick up at our Hong Kong showroom. Our customer service team will contact you to arrange the pick-up date, time & location.

International Shipping Policy:

  • Your item will be shipped via our appointed courier for tracking and delivery confirmation purposes.
  • All items will be shipped within 7 days from the date of payment. For the countries that are not included in the free shipping scheme, shipping cost will be depending on country and distance package is being sent. Please contact us for an accurate rate quote prior to purchase.
  • Shipping and delivery times are based on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Holidays. 
  • We are not responsible for any fees incurred by customs, tariffs, and taxes. 
  • We ship all items labeled as what actual product we sold, such as “handbag”, “accessories”, “belt” and valued at the amount it sold for. For custom and declare reason, if the amount is more than US$200, we will valued at below US$200 to prevent package hold by custom. The original invoice with actual amount will be included inside the package. 
  • Packages that are refused at customs will not be returnable.

Importance of Shipment:

To follow your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in your confirmation e-mail.  Upon delivery of the product, before signing for the delivery, you agree to inspect the product for any faults, defects or damage. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.
In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please contact our customer service team at info@blunblu.com.

Return Policy:

If you have received wrong or defective item(s), please ensure that items are returned to us within 3 days in original packaging, in brand new and resalable condition, the product tag cannot be removed. We will only accept returns of items that we have confirmed for return. For all the returns, you will be required to contact us for a return authorization form before sending anything back to us. Customer is also required to contact us to reserve a date for refund and come to our office to finish refund registration. Customer must contact our Customer Services Team prior at (852)35684351 or e-mail to info@blunblu.com. We will also charge you a return fee for each single item. We accept 3 days return subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. If any refunds are claimed, the customers are subjected to the following requirements:
  1.1 Customers must present the relevant original invoice and all accessories including pencil cases, lock and straps, etc.; 
  1.2 The items, relative conditions and accessories of the returned merchandises should be equivalent to the description of the relevant invoice; 
  1.3 The merchandises will not be refunded if any damages, stains and malfunction, etc. caused by improper use. 
3. The above terms are subject to change without prior notice. 
4. An additional of 5% will be charge for each returnable item. 
5. Ascent Mind Limited reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

Please note that Ascent Mind Limited is under NO obligation to send replacement/issue refund, for shipments/orders that are signed and delivered to the shipping address specified by the customer. Customers are responsible for the maintenance of purchased goods.
